Payment And Refund Policy of Jasmin Travels and Tourism
- Prices
- All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.
- Airport taxes or other fees payable at the airport are excluded.
- Payment
- Full payment is required before confirming your booking.
- Refunds
- No refunds will be given for “no-shows” or any partially unused flights.
- Meals, frequent flyer miles, and special service requests are available upon request only and are subject to airline confirmation.
- Visas and Travel Documents
- Please ensure you have the necessary visa, immigration clearance, and passport with at least 6 months of validity.
- For information regarding your frequent flyer miles, please contact the airline directly.
- Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years of age.
- As per airline regulations, standard check-in time is 3 hours before departure.
- Infants must have valid age documents indicating they are under 2 years old.
- You are required to have the appropriate travel authorizations (valid passport, visa, immigration clearance, etc.) before departure. Jasmine Travel & Tourism bears no responsibility.
- Modifications
- All bookings made through Jasmine Travel & Tourism are subject to airline modification fees, which may vary depending on the flight and booking class.
- If you modify your booking, you will be responsible for the difference in fare, if any, at the time of modification. However, if the new fare is lower than the original fare, no refund will be given for the difference. Rebooking fees will apply as per the applicable policies.
- In addition to airline modification fees, Jasmine Travel & Tourism will charge a modification processing fee of AED 40 per passenger.
We will collect these fees from you when we make the changes to your travel plans. We will also collect the fare difference, if any, at the time of modification. - Based on airline policies, some bookings may not be modifiable.
- Cancellations
- All bookings are subject to airline cancellation fees, which may vary depending on the flight and booking class.
- Some booking fees may be non-refundable as per the policy of each respective airline.
- In addition to airline cancellation fees, Jasmine Travel & Tourism will charge a service fee of AED 40 per passenger per flight for all cancellations.
- If the booking is successfully cancelled, we will refund you the full or partial booking amount as per the airline’s cancellation policy and the applicable hotel policy.
- The booking amount, full or partial, will be refunded within 30 days of your cancellation request, subject to unforeseen circumstances.
