This is the Payment And Refund Policy of Jasmin Travels and Tourism. Please read it carefully.
Payment & Refund Policy
Prices
- All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Airport taxes or fees payable at the airport are excluded unless explicitly included in the fare.
Payment
- Full payment is required before confirming any booking.
Refunds
- No refunds will be issued for:
- No-shows
- Partially unused flights/services
- Frequent flyer miles, meals, and special requests are subject to airline confirmation and availability.
Visas & Travel Documents
The traveler must ensure:
- A valid passport with at least 6 months validity
- Required visa/immigration clearance and travel authorizations before departure
The Company bears no responsibility for denied boarding or travel refusal due to missing/invalid documents.
Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18+.
Standard airline check-in requirement may be 3 hours before departure (subject to airline rules).
Infants must have valid documentation confirming they are under 2 years old.
Modifications
- All booking changes are subject to airline rules and fees (vary by fare class and airline).
- If a new fare is higher, you must pay the fare difference.
- If a new fare is lower, no refund will be provided for the difference (unless airline policy states otherwise).
- Some bookings may be non-changeable.
- In addition to airline fees, Jasmin Travels and Tourism charges a modification processing fee of AED 40 per passenger.
Cancellations
- Cancellations are subject to airline/hotel policies and fees.
- Some booking fees may be non-refundable as per the provider’s policy.
- In addition to provider cancellation fees, Jasmin Travels and Tourism charges a service fee of AED 40 per passenger per flight for cancellations.
- If cancellation is successful, refunds (full/partial) will be processed based on provider policy.
- Refund processing may take up to 30 days from the cancellation request, subject to unforeseen circumstances and banking/provider timelines.

Notice of Updates & Amendments
The Company reserves the unrestricted right to revise or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Such amendments shall be binding immediately upon publication, and continued use of the Website or services shall be deemed full legal acceptance of the revised terms.
